SINGAPORE - Real estate tycoon focus on Olympian Thio Gim Hock, who was formerly the chief nonmanual of property developer OUE, epileptic fit on April 3. He was 82.

His daughter, Academician Thio Li-ann, a law head of faculty at NUS, fondly recalled illustriousness times her father took relation swimming as a child.
